We are often asked what is involved in sponsorship and how much does it cost?

In the main, people are interested in sponsorship to bring to the attention of a mainly local audience their business and services in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. However, some sponsor just to support the work of Yeo Valley Lions in the area. Whatever your reason, we're happy to talk to you - and you can see from the prominent display boards the variety and range of businesses we attract!

With regard to cost, to become a Festival Supporter costs £100. For this your business details and logo will appear on the display boards, as well as in the festival programme and this website. You will also receive an invitation for two to the Happy Hour pre-festival reception on the Friday evening before we open to the public. Silver supporters - at a cost of £200 - receive four invitations to the pre-festival reception and greater prominence on the display boards, website and in the programme. In 2019 we ran a Gin Bar for the first time, and it proved so popular it's now a regular feature of the festival. We're offering sponsorship of a bottle of gin for the wallet friendly price of £50 - perfect for celebrating a significant birthday, maybe one with an '0' at the end of it, or marking a family event, say a wedding anniversary or the birth of a child or grandchild. For your donation , we'll give you a G & T of your choice and a mention on the listing we'll have on the bar, you'll also have the satisfaction of knowing you're helping us raise money for worthy local causes.

Whatever level of sponsorship you choose, we can assure you your money will work hard. We have been running these festivals since 2003, so we know how to run a tight ship where costs are concerned. Everyone involved in the festival is an unpaid volunteer, being either a member of Yeo Valley Lions Club, or a supporter of the club.  In fact, to create the right ambiance for the festival we invite top class musicians - and most of them like attending the festival so much they give their services at a discounted rate!
